1. Program Description & Message Types

Non-marketing messages: Quote follow-ups, estimate consultations, appointment reminders, scheduling notifications, installation updates, in-season maintenance notifications, takedown scheduling, and direct customer service communications.

Marketing messages (optional & separately authorized): Seasonal promotions, early-booking discounts, holiday lighting specials, and service reminders. Consent to receive marketing text messages is strictly voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

2. Opt-Out Instructions (Texting "STOP") & Rejoining

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to (319) 319-2256. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

To rejoin, sign up as you did initially through our website quote form (or text "START" to (319) 319-2256 where supported), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. Rejoining Instructions

If you previously opted out of receiving text messages from Cedar Rapids Christmas Lighting, operated by BlueBinAI LLC, you may rejoin by completing our website's SMS opt-in process again and selecting the appropriate consent checkbox.

You may also text START to our messaging number (319) 319-2256 to request resubscription where supported. Marketing messages require separate marketing consent. We will resume sending messages only after valid consent has been obtained and recorded.

You may opt out again at any time by replying STOP.
